The room was clean and had its own private bathroom. It also had a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. the location was great for walking around the indoor multi-purpose sports arena.

I truly enjoyed staying in this property and its perfectly comfortable and handy location.

Location: the hotel was close enough to all shops and mall and the Cubao bus stations and also the Cubao MRT and Araneta LRT station and different bus terminals going to different provinces. Everybody was amicable and excellant. In general I had good, individual room, beds were fine...

I recently stayed at Hotel 99 Cubao for a few nights and had a great experience. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently close to the MRT station. The room itself was extremely comfortable, with a well-lit bed and a computer provided. It was also impeccably clean, including the bathroom. The air conditioning worked effectively, although it was a bit noisy. The breakfast, which was included, was delivered right to my room, and I appreciated that I could easily order food from the hotel restaurant as well. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.
